Role Overview & Responsibilities
Working the graveyard shift (e.g., 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM), you will process vast amounts of customer orders, ensuring packages hit the loading docks before the morning delivery vans arrive.
High-Volume Processing: Focus heavily on picking and packing operations to clear the system's backlog before dawn dispatch deadlines.
Sortation Readiness: Sort completed packages by zip code and load them onto outbound pallets for the local delivery hubs.
Facility Reset: Assist in resetting the warehouse floor, clearing debris, and replenishing packing stations with boxes and tape for the incoming morning shift.
