HR Partner: Employee Experience & Engagement

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner for its Rural, Super Rural (RSR) PXT team. You will support PXT operations, foster engagement, coach leaders, and use HR data to enhance the employee experience. This onsite role involves working closely with site operations and cross-functional teams to deliver HR programs and improvements. You will engage with hourly employees, manage sensitive information, and drive HR processes, with an emphasis on partnerships, judgment, and customer-centric service.
