Location: Hot Springs, AR
Pay: $13–$18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Overtime: Must be available to work until 6:00 PM on mandatory overtime
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Post-Harvest & Packaging Technician to join our team. This position plays a critical role in processing and preparing products for market, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in post-harvest processing, including bucking and preparing plant material
- Accurately package finished products according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all state compliance and internal SOPs during processing and packaging
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Support team members across departments as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Prior experience in packaging, production, or agriculture is a plus (not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive hand movements (trimming, packaging, handling materials)
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass all required background checks per state regulations
- Must comply with all workplace safety and PPE requirements
